Freya Kotchakorn Sosaikum

I’m a Thai fine artist based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, creating surreal botanical art that blends nature, symbolism, and emotional storytelling. My work explores themes of longing, transformation, and inner beauty—expressed through detailed compositions of flowers, animals, stars, and dreamlike landscapes.

Drawing influence from Surrealism, and classical European aesthetics, I create artworks that invite viewers into an ethereal space between fantasy and truth. Artists like Maxfield Parrish, Jan van Huysum, and Tuco-amalfi have deeply shaped my visual language. Whether working digitally or traditionally, I’m especially drawn to the fine detail of florals and symbolic elements from nature.

I believe art is a language for what cannot be said—a bridge between feeling and meaning. My goal as a fine artist is to:

  • Exhibit in prestigious galleries worldwide

  • Collaborate with luxury brands in fashion, real estate, and experience design

  • Sell high-end artworks and limited prints, with 10-20% of profits donated to nature-focused causes

  • Create immersive artistic experiences that transport, inspire, and transform

Beyond my personal art practice, I am also co-founder of Freya Illustration FZCO, a digital art education company that has empowered over 50,000 students globally. Through our programs, we teach professional Procreate techniques, portfolio development, and creative confidence.

Freya is not just a business—it’s a movement. Within our community, Freya Cloud Nine is the space where I continue to nurture my true artistic voice and push the boundaries of my creative vision, while guiding others to do the same.

This dual path—fine art and education—allows me to stay rooted in mastery while uplifting the next generation of artists.
